The Gassin Golf Country Club is an exceptional, international-class golf course bearing the mark of an immense champion, Gary PLAYER, nicknamed the International Ambassador to Golf.
This living legend, the second most-titled player in the world and only the 4th golfer to ever have won the 4 Grand Slam tournaments, who has supervised the construction of golf courses all over the world, has succeeded in passing on his experience to the team formed by Thierry SPRECHER - a golf architect and Gery WATINE - a former Number 1 French player, who have built more than 25 golf courses throughout France.

Their respective competencies allowed the elaboration of a top quality, extremely varied, 18-hole course over 6 100 sq.m. which requires as much technique as strategy as well as a compact, 9-hole course. They also took care that the course was as enjoyable for a beginner as for a confirmed golfer; indeed, the course can be as complicated or as straightforward as the player wishes.
As well as this, a practice range provides space for warming up and coaching and the "Golfing Academy" will provide individual lessons and courses thanks to the professionalism of David MONTESI, holder of a State diploma and former member of the French amateur team.
The Gassin Golf Country Club is also careful to respect the landscape through which the course winds, in order to make the most of the magnificent views over the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud and of the sea.
Keeping in mind the course's integration into its surroundings, the architect François VIELLECROZE designed the Club House, with exceptional dimensions, housing a pro-shop and a restaurant - lounge bar. There is also a group of 38 golfers' houses that may be rented for a day or longer, like suites in a luxury hotel. A Beach Club boasting a swimming pool and spa and 3 tennis courts completes this "Green Paradise" where luxury and services are the motto.
